Breast Care and Breast Cancer
 Breast cancers are potentially life-threatening malignancies that develop in one or both breasts. it is a disease in which cells in the breast start to grow abnormally in an uncontrolled manner. Although breast cancer occur smostly in women, about 1% of all breast cancer occurs in adult men.
When breast cancer is detected early, it can be treated and cured. Early detection saves lives!
It is recommended that women over 40 should have a physical breast exam by a doctor once a year and once every three years if they are in their 20s and 30s. Women at age 40 should also consider having a yearly screening mammograms.
